Thank you for making the decision to support our community today.

How your donation can change lives

Black Minds Matter UK exists to improve mental health outcomes for everyone in our Black people, reducing disparities in mental healthcare. We can only do this with your help.  It really matters.

Demand for our service has never been greater. This is indicative of the crisis the Black community is facing. We feel the weight of this every day. You can help to ensure that everyone is seen and heard, at their time of crisis.

BMMUK relies solely on donations from people like you to keep our free 1:1, culturally-appropriate services running. We receive no government funding for our work.

Why BMMUK Exists

The stigma around Mental Health, cultural and language barriers within the Black community can stop people from accessing mental health support. Socio-economic inequalities mean that Black individuals face additional mental health challenges, on top of everyday challenges that others will experience throughout their lifetime.

The solution

Psychologically safe spaces of healing

Built with our community in mind to enable collective healing.

You can help change mental health outcomes for our whole community

By supporting us today, you are transforming lives. You are creating positive change in our community so we are all able to thrive.

Together, we can make a difference. It really matters.

    Fundraise for us

Every year Black Minds Matter UK funds at least 200 Black individuals and families to receive a programme of culturally appropriate 1:1 talking therapy. That is only made possible by people like YOU who recognise the urgency and need for this vital service and step up to make it happen.
