Hello! Welcome to my page, if you are reading this you may be thinking about taking a step towards seeking help and struggling with something that you feel you can no longer tackle alone or maybe you just don’t feel like yourself, which is ok, it is not unusual and no one should have to face difficult situations on their own, I believe no one should have to suffer.

When I work with clients, I practice with a model that integrates a mixture of concepts and theories in order to meet different client needs taking into account your uniqueness as a person. I have a specific interest in anxiety and depression resulting from the ‘isms’ and ‘shoulds’ in life including but certainly not limited to sexism, racism and other social constructs, which can impact on our identity. I have helped people with a range of issues including workplace issues, relationships, bereavement, confidence and self-esteem, sexuality and life transitions.

I am a sensitive listener and my clients often feedback to me a real sense of being heard in our sessions and being made to feel comfortable straight away. I help my clients explore what it means to be autonomous and I work towards helping clients find their sense of empowerment in order to make positive changes in their lives. I can engage with you to try and provide a deeper understanding of yourself whilst looking and listening to find meaning in the spoken and unspoken in our sessions. Together we can find coping mechanisms and a way forward in a safe and non-judgmental environment and walk the journey together.
